The first session is offered free of charge with no obligation. This applies to one session per person. Penka.Life™ reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

Nourished™ is a reflective wellbeing application rooted in Positive Psychology and Humanistic Counselling, designed to support self-awareness and personal reflection.
By using Nourished™ you confirm you are 18 or older, are not currently in mental health crisis, and understand the app is a reflective tool, not a therapeutic service.
Nourished™ uses artificial intelligence to generate reflective responses. Responses are generated by an AI model, not a human practitioner. The AI cannot diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial periods unless required by law.

All coaching sessions are confidential. Notes are stored securely and not shared except where required by law, safeguarding obligations, or professional supervision (where identifying information is anonymised).
App conversations and coaching sessions may involve sensitive personal information relating to mental or emotional health. This is special category data under UK GDPR, processed only with your explicit consent.
